Our policies on returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations

Important Notice

All return and refund requests are subject to the conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before making a purchase decision.

Returns

10 Day Return Window

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your application/software package must not have been downloaded from the server.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Themes / Templates / Plugins
  • Customized Applications etc.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep your transaction details safe.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return/refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection.

    Credit AppliedIf approved, credit is applied to your original payment method within 7 working days

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps in order:

  • First check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace software if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ultrakeyit.com with order details.

Exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged products and must be reported within the 10-day window.

Cancellation

To be eligible for a cancellation, your application/software package must not have been downloaded from the server.

Once a product is downloaded, it is considered delivered and cancellation requests will not be entertained.
